The BBCEA will enlighten, encourage and empower our youth by providing them with developmental leadership training that will promote and enhance the quality of life for themselves, their family, the community and Liberia as a whole.

AND ADVOCACY
Our community outreach team will serve the Arthington youth and their families in the community with the dispersal of information, hands on workshops and referral programs available as extended support in the region.
